Tennessee law requires you to report a workplace injury within 30 days of the accident. Tenn. Code Ann. § 50-6-201. Injuries covered by the Tennessee Workers' Compensation Act include not only injuries from accidents at work, but also repetitive injuries and injuries caused by exposure to harmful work environments.
